Sara Cox has said that Liam Gallagher should represent the UK at next year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

Speaking to the Daily Record she said: “Send in Liam Gallagher. I think he’d shake things up. It would be great to have a real rock ‘n’ roll act.

“We’ve tried daft, camp novelty acts, which didn’t do well.”
